Jeff Badders
President and Corporate Sales Manager
Jeff brings 24 years of solid sales experience to the table as founder of Reliable
Power Transmission & Conveyor Components, a manufacturer's representative
firm specializing in the technical sales of power transmission and conveying products
in a multi-state territory. Over the years, Jeff has built strong relationships
with Independent Distributors, National Distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturers,
a great benefit to the principals and customers of RPT.
His background includes 15 years as a successful salesman and sales manager for
Rexnord Corporation, where he was a product specialist and marketed couplings drives
and engineered magnetic technology. Jeff was a key contributor in the introduction
of new magnetic coupling technology to a variety of industries, developing and managing
a distributor network for the product. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from
the school of Agricultural Engineering at Texas A&M University.
Aaron Bond
Gulf Coast Area Sales Manager
It is Aaron's goal to provide unparalleled contributions to the success of RPT's
manufacturing partners by supplying technical expertise, constant effort, quality
and character in the service of his collective customers. As Gulf Coast Area Sales
Manager, Aaron serves customers in a territory stretching from the Rio Grande Valley
across to Louisiana along the Gulf of Mexico. Aaron has a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree in Management from Texas Tech University.
David J. Mashaw
Arkansas/Northern Louisiana Areas Sales Manager
Dave has combined forces with RPT to bring nearly four decades of experience with
conveyor systems and power transmission components to bear in a territory which
includes most of Arkansas and Northern Louisiana. After a success run as a salesman
with Alvey, Inc. and Litton Industries, Dave spent nearly 30 years
setting sales records as an Account Manager for Rexnord Industries and Rockwell
Automation, where he sold mechanical power transmission components to customers
in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Oklahoma. Dave attended San Diego
State University and the University of Akron. He then graduated from Southern Illinois
University.
Bill Baggett
Northwest Texas and Oklahoma Sales Manager
In his distinguished 25 plus years in industrial sales and management, Bill has
earned a reputation as an innovator, for the breadth of his product knowledge and
for his ability to identify his clients' needs and provide them with first-rate
sales and service. Much of Bill's outstanding success has been achieved in power
transmission product sales. He has excelled with companies such as Precision Industries,
Textron Power Transmission, Purvis Bearing Service and Motion Industries. Every
step of the way, Bill has set sales records, developing and expanding territories
while maintaining a focus on what is best for his customers.
Laura Minyard
Laura graduated from Texas A&M in 2001 with a degree in mechanical
engineering. She worked as a consultant for several years, which led her into
roles in corporate finance. Most recently, she oversaw the business development
group at a manufacturing company in Dallas, where she led the acquisition of several
small companies and managed product development and retail/wholesale pricing.
Leroy Meyer
Leroy brings to RPT thirty eight plus years of experience
in Industrial Distribution. Leroy started
out with Cottingham Bearing and continued his experience with Bearings Inc, and
Applied Industrial Technologies. Prior
to his last assignment, as General Manager, he was a Territory Manager and District
Manager. While District Manager, his
Service Centers won numerous awards for sales and operations.
Leroy’s vast knowledge of Power Transmissions and Conveyor Systems will allow
him to provide his customers with the best products and service available.
